Continuous Improvement

Fundamentals for building a lean culture.

  1. Complete the pre-session study and submit the form.
  2. As a group, share the kaizen improvement that you implemented.
  3. Participate in a round-table group discussion where we share our key takeaways.
  4. Facilitator will assign post-session activity to be completed after group discussion.

  • A copy of this form will be emailed to you so you can print it and bring it to the group discussion.

Go back to the same process that you or your team just improved – and try to improve it by another 2 seconds! Capture and document your improvement and the learning from the attempt by submitting a Kaizen Form.
