  2. As a group, share the 5S improvement that we implemented.
  3. Participate in a round-table group discussion where we share our key takeaways.
  4. Facilitator will assign post-session activity to be completed after group discussion.

Let’s 5S our workspace; desk, filing systems, electronic files, etc. Capture before and after photos and document this improvement using the Kaizen Form.
