Christy Benoit is passionate about demonstrating that it is possible to do good while doing well in business. She has been proving that free enterprise need not come at the expense of human values, sustainability or personal happiness, rather, that it is possible to build profitable businesses while improving the lives of those whom they touch.

Christy has co-founded and led multiple ventures, including Oil Country Engineering Services and Mosaic Centre for Conscious Community and Commerce.

In recent years Christy’s focus has shifted away from the day-to day of her businesses and towards coaching and advising leaders in their pursuit of business success. Through her role as coach, she guides senior leaders and their teams in achieving their goals, including the creation of productive corporate cultures in which their people Thrive.
